The temperatures are set to soar again in Qld this week. Remember to drink at least 2 litres of water when it is like this, more if you are outside and doing physical work.
As a community we should all be looking for signs of heat exhaustion in ourselves and in the people around us. Pay attention to the elderly as they can go from fine very ill in a very short period of time.
